Best Food in Whistler, BC – Stuffed Brioche Bun, Tacos, and Lamb Wrap!

this shredded beef is super tender too ilove how they double wrap the tacos herea lot of times when i’m eating corntortillas uh if it’s just one shell itcan fall apart easilybut this holds together very nicelythe jackfruit taco has jackfruit withfresh vegetables simmered in mildchipotle saucetopped with fresh cilantro diced whiteonions avocado salsa i’ve never hadjackfruit before so this should bepretty interesting

inside a taco it has some meatiness toit actuallyso i can see why the people use this asa substitute for meat you can reallytaste the cilantro with it so if youdon’t like tarantula you might want toask without it oh it’s kind of spicyyeah it’s the mild chipotle sauce that’sgiving it some heat i guess you got thesweetness with the spiciness which iskind of nicebut it’s it’s pretty weirdi don’t mind it i’m not saying i love it

to finish it off porkconchita has orange and a chotemarinated pulled pork topped with tangypickled red onions so i saved the onei’m most excited for for last this isthis pork is marinated an orange and achote marinadei looked it up achote is just giving itthis orange color it’s like a foodcoloringohwowthe orange taste kind of hits you later
